Annmarie is a seasoned Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience having worked in a variety of sectors, working with managers and their teams to improve the business results, especially when there is growth or rapidly changing environments by creating, aligning and leading a global people strategy. She was a thought leader in translating enterprise-wide strategies and plans into business strategies and the engagement of employees. She has a passion for learning, and believes that leadership and team building as the ultimate advantage. She has worked for Fortune 500 companies and small to midsize companies, building leadership and coaches with evidence-based success. The experience has helped to create organizational cultures which embodied innovation in learning and adaptability to change. Annmarie's love of Learning Ally has inspired her to dedicate her time and talents to the cause. She also supports several nonprofit organizations in her spare time. For instance, she is a member within the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee who are dedicated to assisting women become leaders.
